After we have boiled the meat and removed the bones, we cut it in to small pieces and we powder it with salt, pepper, spearmint and cinnamon. To make the barm we mix the flour with the oil at first and then we add the rest of the barm materials. We spread half of the barm on an oiled baking pan. On top of that we pour half the ‘staka’, half the skim-milk cheese and the entire meat. We put the rest of the skim-milk cheese and the ‘staka’ over that and we powder with cinnamon and spearmint again. With the rest of the barm we open a second leaf which we use to cover the pie. We coat it with stirred eggs, we powder with sesame and we bake for about an hour in a mild temperature oven. The above can also be performed for one-person pies.
